Before We Start Recovery

You don’t pay anything for this assessment. Only when you agree to proceed do we start the actual recovery.

When Refunds Apply

We follow a simple principle: No data recovered? No payment needed.

If we can’t retrieve your data, you don’t have to pay. This is our way of making sure you only spend when we deliver results.

However, in some cases, you may pay in advance. This is usually for emergency or express services. Let’s explain those situations.

Paid Priority Service

You may need faster recovery. When time matters, you might choose our priority service. This comes with an upfront fee.

If we cannot recover your data through this expedited process, you can request a refund of this priority charge. We review each request carefully. If our logs show that no progress was made, we refund that fee.

But if our team spent extensive hours, used specialized tools, or replaced parts to attempt recovery, the priority fee may not be refundable. You pay for the speed, tools, and effort even if data is unrecoverable.

Payment After Recovery

For standard services, payment is due after recovery. We first show you proof that data is recovered. Once you approve, we proceed with the payment step.

After payment, we share your recovered data securely.

This approach keeps the process fair to both sides.

Refunds After Payment

Once you receive your recovered files and confirm that they are complete, the payment becomes final. Refunds are not issued after this confirmation. We encourage every customer to:

  • Check the recovered files carefully
  • Confirm that the important data is there
  • Notify us immediately if anything is missing

If you notice missing files within 3 days of receiving your data, contact us. We will re-examine the recovery set.

If we find that files were mistakenly left out, we will retrieve and send them. This does not cost extra.

But if all the recovered data was already shared and verified, refunds are not possible afterward.

When Refunds Are Not Possible

Some conditions limit refunds. Let us explain:

  • Incorrect Device Description: If you gave wrong details about your device condition, recovery methods may fail. In that case, the fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Data Already Accessible: If some data is already available on your device and you requested recovery, refunds are not given for those files.
  • Tampered Devices: Devices that were opened or repaired by unauthorized technicians before reaching us may limit recovery success. We do not offer refunds if prior tampering affected the recovery outcome.
  • Hardware Replacement: If our process included hardware part replacement to attempt recovery, that cost is non-refundable. We will inform you before proceeding with such steps.

Return Shipping

If recovery is not possible, you can choose:

  • To have the device shipped back to you
  • To let us recycle it securely

You bear the return shipping cost. We pack your device safely when returning it.

Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund, here’s how it works:

  • Request Submission: Send us an email with your invoice number and reason for refund.
  • Verification: Our team checks the case history, the recovery attempts, and the payment records.
  • Processing Time: We process valid refunds within 7–10 business days. The refund will go to the original payment method.

If you paid through card or online wallets, the amount will reflect there. Bank processing times may vary.

To ensure a smooth process, we ask you to:

  • Provide correct device details
  • Avoid trying multiple recovery methods before us
  • Communicate openly about prior attempts
  • Follow packaging guidelines when shipping
